  The Online Writing Lab (OWL) at Purdue University houses writing resources and instructional material for free.

  Free and for pay versions. Checks spelling and grammar.

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's website. Excellent Tips and Tools page for writing a paper. 

  With a library of over 2,400 videos covering everything from math to physics, finance, and history, they are on a mission to help you learn what you want, when you want, at your own pace.

  A per month fee. Solutions for your textbook or homework problems. They even have an app!

  A free service provided by Wolfram Research, makers of Mathematica, with additional support from the National Science Foundation. Includes math help for many levels of Math.

  A companion to MathWorld, covering astronomy, biography, chemistry, and physics.
