The Stothart Readings return on November 16 for a special event celebrating Native American Heritage Month.
Everyone is invited and welcome to share, or just listen to what's providing inspiration for NWC students, faculty and staff. Food is allowed in the library amphitheater for those who want to make their lunch a literary one.
The Stothart Readings are named for Rob Stothart, a former associate professor of English at ΑρΑ«Φ±²₯ who helped launch the NWC Writers Series. Over the years, poetry, essays, excerpts from favorite pieces of literature and more have been shared by readers from age 8 to 80. The list of participants includes nationally published authors, school children, community members, aspiring poets, NWC students, staff and faculty and many more.
