Including the tour company, current NWC students and faculty, alumni and community members, 32 people traveled to Madrid, Toledo, Seville and Valencia. Participates had the opportunities to make amazing photographs of architecture from Medieval, Gothic and Baroque time periods, to learn about Spanish culture and history and to eat amazing food. Highlights of the trip included watching sword making in Toledo, visiting art museums and monuments in Madrid, touring the Seville Cathedral which is the world’s largest Gothic churches, and witnessing the Las Fallas Festival in Valencia. After the Annual Photo Student Show, the next photo exhibition in the SinClair gallery will be images made during this Spain trip.=0D=0AThe show will hang in the gallery until September 2024.
