The feast includes bison, roasted red potatoes, seasonal roasted vegetables, roasted beet salad with goat cheese mousse, Three Sisters soup, bannock bread and berry soup.=0D=0AThis year’s speaker is Jason Baldes, a member of the Eastern Shoshone tribe, and Tribal Buffalo Program Manager for the National Wildlife Federation’s Tribal Partnerships Program. He sits on the board of directors for the Inter-Tribal Buffalo Council and serves as executive director of the Wind River Tribal Buffalo Initiative, overseeing the tribes’ growing buffalo herd.=0D=0AJason's passion is tribal bison restoration and he has worked tirelessly to restore conservation buffalo to tribes across North America.
